Two new Toolkits on Practical Law In-house!

Practical Law Australia In-house has published the following new Toolkits:

  • Toolkit, Confidentiality. This toolkit guides users through Practical Law's content addressing confidentiality obligations for the legal industry and legal professionals. Content is set out by topic and covers confidentiality obligations for corporations, the employment sector, in litigation and as part of the ethical duties and responsibilities of legal professionals.
  • Toolkit, Legal department operations. This toolkit guides in-house lawyers through Practical Law's content supporting legal department operations (LDO). LDO is a multi-disciplinary function that aims to optimise the delivery of legal services within an organisation. This toolkit also includes links to Thomson Reuters' further related LDO resources and guidance.
