Car parking licences are frequently used in practice and are often ancillary to the grant of a commercial or retail lease. These two new resources gives the option for parties to either enter into a standalone licence agreement, or to incorporate the licence terms directly into their commercial or retail lease, depending on what is more appropriate for their transaction.
