The Advisory Board provides strategic guidance on the development of Practical Law Australia. Our recent meeting featured a briefing by Lana Nadj on the NSW Law Society's FLIP Commission of Inquiry, as well as an update from Practical Law Australia's expert writers on the content they've recently added to the platform.

Since its launch earlier this year, Practical Law Australia’s team of writers has been working to publish new practice notes, checklists and standard documents. In recent months we have added know-how on topics including Restraint of Trade, Enterprise Bargaining, and Redundancy in the Employment practice area, and Asset Acquisitions, Takeovers & Schemes, and Trusts in the Corporate Transactions and Company Law practice areas.

The Practical Law Australia team is committed to delivering an exceptional know-how offering to meet the needs of legal practitioners and in-house counsel. Our writers all have recent specialty practice experience, and know the importance of delivering clear, concise expertise with a practical perspective.

Stay tuned in 2017 as we continue to expand the coverage provided by Practical Law Australia.
