Softdocs suites comprised of court and tribunal documents for Victoria and NSW have been updated.

Victoria

Various notices and documents relating to originating process in the Victorian County & Supreme Court suite were updated on Friday 23 October for use with the RedCrest Electronic Filing and Case Management System. The new precedents require Word 2010 or later and the update requires the macro provided.

Background: RedCrest first commenced on 1 August 2014 (see Practice Note No 3 of 2014).

NSW

The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) suite has been updated twice in the last few weeks, most recently providing a new Consumer Claim Application Form today (Monday 26 October).

Background: Changes to the consumer claim jurisdiction and forms were announced by NCAT on 1 October 2015.
