The Softdocs suite of ACT ACAT forms was updated on Wednesday 4 November.

The Civil Disputes and Unit Titles disputes forms have been redesigned and the following two Common Boundaries/Fences Disputes and Unit Titles forms have been added to the suite:

• Fence Dispute Application
• Application –Unit Titles (Management) Act 2011

Multiple forms have been discontinued and consolidated into the following two documents:

• Application – Civil Disputes
• Fence Dispute Application

Background: The Australian Capital Territory Civil and  Administrative Tribunal (ACAT) has significantly streamlined its civil disputes, unit titles, retirement villages and fence disputes forms with effect from 19 October 2015. These changes are preparatory to a new case management system due to be implemented later this year. Other forms were updated on 1 July 2015, as covered in a previous Softdocs update.
