The Softdocs suite, Wills and Powers of Attorney, was updated on 5 November, to accommodate the new laws for powers of attorney in Victoria.

Two forms were amended:

• Enduring Power of Attorney
• Revocation of Enduring Power of Attorney

and two new forms have been included:

• Enduring Power of Attorney (Office of the Public Advocate)
• Revocation of Enduring Power of Attorney (Office of the Public Advocate)
