The Softdocs Conveyancing (Victoria) suite was updated on 15 October 2015.

Among the changes are forms from the new Planning and Environment Regulations 2015 (Vic), SR33 / 2015, which were made on 12 May and came into operation 16 May this year. They are made under s 202 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 (Vic)  and primarily deal with administrative and technical matters relating to planning procedures under the legislation. The new regulations were introduced after a period of consultation by the Department of Transport, Planning and Local  Infrastructure coinciding with the automatic sunsetting of the 2005 provisions after 10 years of operation.
