Legal Technical Support – Email Outage

Thomson Reuters Legal technical support (TechCare.ANZ@thomsonreuters.com) has recently experienced an incoming email outage:

  • From: 9pm AEST Wednesday 22 July 2015
  • To: 6pm AEST Thursday July 23 2015

While the root cause has been determined, and the delivery issue resolved, we had initially hoped to retrieve emails sent to us during this period. Unfortunately, the nature of the issue has made recovery infeasible.

If you requested support for our online Legal platforms (Westlaw / ProView / NSW Law Society precedents) via this address within the times specified, please resend your email, so it can be actioned as soon as possible.

Tax & Accounting support (SupportANZ@thomsonreuters.com) was NOT affected by this outage.
