Westlaw AU Tip - Sorting Case Law Results by Court
Westlaw AU provides the option to sort case law Search Results by court. This includes sorting by Superior Court to Lower Court or Lower Court to Superior Court.
Step 1: To conduct a case law search type "personal injury" /10 "work related" into the Basic Search box and select the Cases folder, then click Search.
Step 2: From the cases search results click the down arrow to view the various sort options.
Step 3: Select Court (superior to lower) or Court (lower to superior) to reorder the list.
