The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has finalised consultation with its stakeholders to provide the new Therapeutic Goods (Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code) Instrument 2021 which repeals the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code (No. 2) 2018 and will commence on 1 January 2022.
