We are pleased to introduce the newest member of our team of Training Specialists, Caroline Chan MBT, B.App Sc (Information).

Caroline has worked in the legal technology sector for 15 years and is experienced with legal, regulatory compliance, risk, governance and tax solutions for Australian customers. She has held roles in engagement management, training, business development and account management. 

Caroline has a MBT degree from UNSW and studied Applied Science (Information Studies) at the UTS. She is passionate about using AI and technology to stay informed to work easily and efficiently.

Caroline currently trains on the following products and platforms:

• Practical Law Australia
• Ask Practical Law AI (UK & US)
