Practical Law Commercial announces the following new resources are available now on Practical Law Australia: Standard document, Advertising services framework agreement and Practice note, Managing supply chain disruptions during a crisis.

Advertising Agreement: Standard document, Advertising services framework agreement, a framework agreement for use between a company and its advertising agency (as an overall framework structure for a longer-term relationship) under which the advertising agency provides advertising services to the company under separate advertising campaign plans. The agreement anticipates the implementation of several advertising campaign plans during its term and is drafted from the company's perspective.

Managing supply chains in a crisis: Practice note, Managing supply chain disruptions during a crisis, which provides an overview of legal and commercial issues for a business to consider when managing and responding to an external crisis, such as a flood, bushfire, tropical cyclone, pandemic (such as the 2019 novel coronavirus disease), or other public emergency or disaster that results in a disruption of the supply chain. It addresses the potential impact of a crisis on upstream and downstream contracts, force majeure clauses and other possible defences for non-performance, insurance coverage, material adverse effect, maintaining supplier and customer relationships, and additional steps to protect the company. This resource is also available to subscribers to Practical Law In-house.
