Practical Law subscribers benefit from having access to a dynamic, rather than a static, library of practical legal guidance resources.

The Practical Law team is constantly at work keeping our existing content up to date and adding new content that fills out our offering, addresses new laws and regulations, or addresses developing areas of corporate and legal life that are increasingly relevant to day-to-day legal practice.  

Sometimes this results in the creation of entirely new topics, like our new suite of content on mortgagees entering into possession of land and exercising their power of sale.

Tim Perry initially joined Practical Law in late 2016 as the Head of Corporate for Practical Law Australia. At that time he had more than 12 years' experience practising at leading law firms Gilbert+Tobin, DLA Piper and Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons). In his time as a corporate lawyer, Tim advised on public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, restructures, capital raisings, privatisations and other government transactions, corporate governance, directors' duties and commercial contracts.
