Keeping Track of Workplace Relations

With new government comes new policy. This is most definitly true when it comes to the constantly changing world of Workplace Relations.

To help you stay on top of these changes National Workplace Relations contains two comparative tables of provisions that track four major legislative amendments (pre- and post-Workchoices, post-Transition to Forward with Fairness and post-A Stronger Safety Net) to the (now-repealed) Workplace Relations Act 1996.

The functionality of these tables has now been significantly enhanced with the addition of links directly through to the specific point-in-time provisions being referred to. There are also links to the Explanatory Memoranda which explain the amendments.

With a variety of ongoing transitional arrangements impacting on the operation of employment contracts, these tables remain relevant for subscribers who need to know what the legislation said at a particular point in time.
