We are disappointed that News International has decided to withdraw the archive of The Times, The Sunday Times, The Sun and News of the World, and terminate any further provision from all Westlaw services, effective mid-August.

However, Westlaw Current Awareness will continue to provide selected abstracts of articles from The Times and The Sunday Times, and citations of law reports from The Times will continue to be added to Westlaw Cases.

As always, we constantly look for opportunities to enhance Westlaw's news coverage with the addition of key UK publications, as well as global publications that significantly impact businesses and readers. In 2009, we licensed The Guardian, and this year we released more than 20 Euromoney titles.

We will continue to look for opportunities to partner with News International in the future, and negotiations for new, high-profile content from other news sources are currently under way.
