About New Cases

Along with new and enhanced functionality designed to improve the effectiveness of your case law research, you can now search all cases content (full-text cases and FirstPoint summaries) simultaneously from a single search form. We have also redesigned our hit lists to make them easier to use. Additional features include deep-linking capability to a case record and saved searches.
