We can advise that the introduction of significant cases will primarily be selected judgments which are related to the areas of indefeasibility and claims against the Torrens Assurance Fund and will incorporate catchwords and “author notes” rather than the traditional headnote. 

These notes will detail the relevance of each case.  The cross-referencing of the cases will be to where  they are discussed in the main test.  The first cases to be published will be Canada Bay Council v F & D Bonaccorso Pty Ltd and Westfield Management Ltd v Perpetual Trustee Company Ltd.
