The authors continue to expand the work by introducing new chapters. Late 2010 and into early 2011 we shall be publishing "Misleading Conduct"by Maeve McCarthy , Sydney Jacobs on "Assessment of compensation pursuant to the usual undertaking as to damages"and Daniel Neggo is expanding his chapter on “Security of Payments”to include new developments in this area, particularly following the decision of the New South Wales Court of Appeal in Chase Oyster Bar v Hamo Industries .
The authors discuss the procedural, jurisdictional and evidentiary matters required to be addressed in reference to applicable statutory, equitable and common law principles.
