New Zealand Section coming soon to Property Law Review
Thomson Reuters is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas Gibbons as New Zealand Section Editor for Property Law Review. As part of an ongoing enhancement project, we are commissioning a range of new sections to bring subscribers property law insights from academics and practitioners around Australia and internationally.
Thomas Gibbons is a Director of McCaw Lewis Lawyers in Hamilton, New Zealand. He specialises in property and commercial law, with particular interests in unit titles, subdivisions, land covenants, and governance issues. Thomas has an LLM from the University of Waikato, and is the author of Unit Titles Law & Practice (2011), and a contributor to Principles of Real Property Law (2nd ed, 2013). He has published over 200 articles and notes in a range of publications, including the Property Law Review, the International Journal of Law in the Built Environment, and the New Zealand Law Journal.
