ProView Issue - Linking to Cases in Westlaw AU
Please be aware that some users may experience issues linking into Cases on Weslaw AU, resulting in a error message appearing.
The issue relates to the authentication process.
Workaround: Log into Westlaw AU at www.westlaw.com.au prior to clicking on any Case link in ProView. The link will execute correctly as long as a Westlaw AU session is already live.
We are working on resolving the issue and apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
