Our Westlaw AU Insurance suite has undergone an exciting revitalization over the past 3 months. Following Peter Mann’s comprehensive amendments to Mann’s Annotated Insurance Law, July saw the addition of Sutton on Insurance Law to our online offering and this month we will publish the results of the review and reworking of Wickens: The Law of Life Insurance. 

Since Sutton’s launch online, authors Robert Merkin and Ian Enright have been undertaking a complete revision of the content, with updates to be published in October, November and December 2015.

Wickens’ has undergone extensive enhancement work over the past year to create a sleek, easy-to-navigate multi-platform service. The author and editorial team have been revising the commentary, with the final additions to be published in early 2016.

These developments see the continued strengthening of our analytical research solutions for this dynamic area of law.
