Softdocs update (VIC): VCAT and County / Supreme Court
Two Softdocs suites for Victorian users were updated on 17 and 18 November, respectively.
VCAT
Several forms have been updated:
- Application to Civil Claims List

Vic County / Supreme Court
Various forms have been updated in accordance with the Supreme Court (Civil Procedure) Rules 2015, effective 23 November 2015:
- Application to Court for Variation or Cancellation of Order for Payment by Instalments - renamed to Application to Court for Variation or Cancellation or Order for Payment by Instalments
- Notice of Objection
- Instalment Agreement
- Summons for Taxation of Costs
- Notice by employer that judgment debtor is not in their employ
A new RedCrest Defence form has also been added.
