(Resolved) Alert Linking Errors – Thomson Reuters Westlaw

Fix is now deployed, and linking from emails to Thomson Reuters Westlaw articles should be functioning as expected. Please contact TechCare.ANZ@tr.com if any residual issues.
Update 1 – 4:30pm AEDT 22/2
A fix for this issue has been identified and is currently undergoing testing.
Changes will be retroactive, so once implementation is complete, previously non-working links should also begin to function as expected.
At this stage we expect deployment to the customer-facing site will be complete within 4-6 hours, well in front of alert processing for AM 23/2.
A further update will be provided when fully resolved.

The TechCare/TechFirst teams have received multiple reports this morning (22/2) of errors that are displayed subsequent to clicking links in Thomson Reuters Westlaw alert emails.
We are investigating as a matter of urgency and will update this post when new information is available.
