The Lawyers Practice Manual (Vic) publishes updated chapter on Claims under Work Cover

The Lawyers Practice Manual (Victoria) has recently published an update to Chapter 3.5 Claims under Work Cover.

Author Lachlan Fitch, Principal Lawyer, Accredited Personal Injury Law Specialist at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers has added new content, including reference to when disputes can be determined by arbitration, see [3.5.918].

Information is also included about the Workers Compensation Independent Review Service (WCIRS), which provides an independent review function if an injured worker wishes to have a decision regarding their compensation entitlements reviewed, see [3.5.919].
