Quickly and easily find the resources you need on Practical Law Australia with our new Toolkit, Diversity and inclusion and Checklist, Quick guide to equal employment opportunity laws relevant to diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Practical Law In-house have published the following new diversity and inclusion (D&I) resources to help you navigate the D&I landscape and develop or review your organisation’s D&I policies and procedures:

  • Toolkit, Diversity and inclusion. This toolkit provides a guide to the key considerations and relevant resources to get up to speed on D&I, including Australian D&I laws and regulations; D&I for the legal department, the board, employees and external service providers; D&I corporate culture and governance; D&I policies, procedures and documentation; and D&I complaints and dispute management.   • Checklist, Quick guide to equal employment opportunity laws relevant to diversity and inclusion initiatives. This quick guide lists the key Practical Law resources covering Australian equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws, as they are relevant to lawyers involved in developing or reviewing diversity and inclusion (D&I) policies, procedures and strategies, including federal, state and territory workplace laws relating to sexual harassment or discrimination based on gender, age, race or disability.
