Practical Law In-house have published the following new diversity and inclusion (D&I) resources to help you navigate the D&I landscape and develop or review your organisation’s D&I policies and procedures:

This quick guide lists the key Practical Law resources covering Australian equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws, as they are relevant to lawyers involved in developing or reviewing diversity and inclusion (D&I) policies, procedures and strategies, including federal, state and territory workplace laws relating to sexual harassment or discrimination based on gender, age, race or disability.
