BETA version of the prospectus product was released in Nov 2017 with feedback button
Access is via the Prospectus tab, use link to switch between the old version and the new BETA site
New BETA site offers enhanced free text searching within single or multiple prospectus documents using single words and/or phrases
Easier downloading of both word and pdf versions of the documents
This site will go live first quarter of 2018

Documents products

Word .doc files conversion to .docx

Connect 4 has recently undertaken a conversion project whereby all of the older Word .doc files have been converted to .docx files. As of date, we have converted the entire catalogue of past Word documents ranging from 1992—present for the Annual Reports product, 1994—present for the Prospectus product and 1997—present for the Bidder & Target Statements product.

Listing Rules Waivers

New features added to search result screen

• Using the ‘Ctrl’ or ‘Shift’ command keys (as per Microsoft products) you  can easily select and display multiple waivers
• Download’ button added to download the selected full waiver/s into CSV

"Refine search" button rolled out to the New Issues, Expert reports and Takeovers & Mergers transaction databases

This feature allows you to quickly modify your search.
