Recently, ASIC has released two important 6-monthly updates:

1. Summary of enforcement outcomes: 1 January to 30 June 2023: The summary is overview of ASIC’s enforcement actions during this period in relation to financial services, small business, markets and corporate governance. It is available here.
2. Regulatory developments timetable: The timetable outlines proposed timeframes for ASIC regulatory work, such as the publication of draft or final guidance, or the anticipated making of a legislative instrument. The timetable generally excludes review, surveillance and enforcement activities.
