New Westlaw now includes 116 Books, previously not available on Westlaw. This represents a huge increase in secondary sources available to researchers on new Westlaw.*

To access Books on Westlaw, you can browse to Home > Secondary Sources > Books.

Alternatively just type the book title you are looking for into the global search box and select from the suggested content pages. Books on Westlaw are fully integrated with the Global Search typeahead suggestions.

The consolidation of secondary sources including Books on Westlaw allows you to conduct comprehensive research without the need to look at ProView search results separately.

KeyCite also lets you view the book references to primary law in cases and legislation citing references tabs. This provides additional analysis of the primary law allowing you to be confident you have all relevant information at your fingertips.

* Books on Westlaw are not available to Academic users at this time.
