Mr Willis replaces the outgoing Co-Editor, the Hon Christopher Horan KC, who was appointed a Justice of the Federal Court of Australia in September this year.  

A member of the Victorian Bar, Mr Willis has appeared and advised in a wide range of corporate, commercial and public law matters. He has also acquired extensive editorial experience over many years working as a reporter on the CLRs and as Editor of the Victorian Reports.
