New Company Law content: sustainability and ESG resources

Sustainability encompasses how a company conducts its businesses, now and in the future, including commitments to environmental, social and governance (ESG) areas such as the environment, supply chain human rights and social responsibility. A sustainability committee can help to ensure boards are efficiently and effectively addressing ESG matters. As regulation and scrutiny increases, companies will be under pressure to form sustainability committees to support their sustainability goals and reporting obligations.
