Practical Law Commercial’s Toolkit, Practical Law resources for those new to commercial law is now available to all Practical Law subscribers.

The toolkit provides an overview of the key materials available on Practical Law Commercial, and also acts as a guide to help those new to commercial law to navigate key issues across a variety of industry sectors. The toolkit can be used by junior lawyers entering commercial practice (for example, on a graduate rotation or changing teams), or in-house lawyers seeking a grounding in commercial law or exploring the scope of a particular topic.
