Content updates

Practical Law Commercial have released a brand new resource, Toolkit, Designs, which guides users through Practical Law's resources relating to design rights, including links to relevant resources.

The toolkit directs users to content on the design registration system in Australia, including the benefits of registering a design, the design application process, the criteria for a registrable design, the term of registration of a design, commentary on the overlap between copyright and designs protection, exploiting design rights (assignment and licensing of registered designs), design infringement and reform of the design system.
