Practical Law In-house have released a brand new training resource for lawyers, PowerPoint, Amendments to casual employment in the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth): available to all Practical Law subscribers until Friday, 11 June 2021

This downloadable PowerPoint training resource provides an overview of the amendments to casual employment for private practice employment lawyers and in-house lawyers who have employment law in their remit. It complements the suite of exclusive PowerPoint presentations on Practical Law Australia's In-house training centre and can be used to conduct CPD training (presenters and attendees should check the relevant rules in their jurisdiction) and enable lawyers to upskill their business and clients on the casual employment reforms.

This resource was originally shared as part of our complimentary employment law webinar, Expert Backgrounder: Fair Work Act Amendments to Casual Employment which is available to view on demand here.
