Practical Law's new Document Alert function

/
Enhancements

The law is always changing, and Practical Law helps you keep up-to-date with those changes by maintaining the currency of our resources. But how do you know when a key resource has changed? Practical Law now offers the ability to stay on top of resource changes by creating a Document Alert.

Setting up a Document Alert is easy. Just navigate to the Practical Law resource that you want to monitor, click on the bell icon on the right-hand sidebar, and enter your email address when prompted. Whenever we make a substantive change to the resource, you will receive a short email that includes the Resource History describing the change.

You can modify and delete your alert settings for individual documents at any time by clicking on the Alerts tab at the top of your Practical Law screen.

For more information, please see this short training video: Creating a document alert in Practical Law (1:31 min).
