/
Content updates

Practical Law Commercial have revamped the resource, PowerPoint, Advertising and marketing team training, to include additional information on key legal issues in advertising and marketing.

The presentation includes additional information on topics such as: false, misleading or deceptive advertising with practical examples of conduct that carry a risk of being misleading or deceptive; bait advertising; Intellectual property (trade marks and copyright); and defamation. It also refers to the Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth). The presentation has been drafted comprehensively and may contain more information than is required for the audience although presenters can adapt the content to the needs of the organisation using Practical Law’s related resources and/or split the presentation into multiple presentations.
