Enhancements

2017 saw numerous improvements to Practical Law Australia, both in terms of enhanced site functionality and depth of content.

Over the year our team of in-house lawyer writers grew by 50%, as we welcomed experts in IT law, commercial property, banking & finance, and general commercial practice from some of Australia’s leading law firms and in-house legal departments. These new team members immediately set to work creating more than 1800 new documents which were published to the Practical Law Australia platform over the year.

This year saw the launch of brand-new practice area modules for Commercial, Dispute Resolution and Competition & Consumer Protection, as well as our dedicated In-house Resource Centre which provides tailored guidance to corporate law departments.

Exciting new functionalities were also released to Practical Law Australia subscribers in 2017, including a selection of automated documents (powered by Contract Express), the ability to sign up for current awareness emails, the release of What’s Market, and general site improvements such as breadcrumb trails and RSS functionality.

Stay tuned as we continue to develop Practical Law Australia in 2018. Should you have feedback to feed through to our team, please don’t hesitate to contact your Account Manager.
