What are the benefits of the ProView web-based application?

• Seamless access across devices: it can be accessed from any device with a modern web browser, without the need for separate app downloads or installations.

• Automatic updates: it is always up-to-date, ensuring you have access to the latest features and improvements without any manual intervention.

• Enhanced performance: it provides faster and more responsive performance, providing a smoother user experience.

• New features and improvements: it allows us to roll out new features and improvements more quickly, enhancing your overall research and reading experience.

What does this mean for you?

From 20^th December 2024, our native applications for iOS, Android and Desktop will no longer be accessible, but your existing library and reading progress will be seamlessly migrated.

To start using the web application, simply visit https://next-proview.thomsonreuters.com/login and log in with your existing credentials. You'll be able to access your library and start reading immediately.

If you already use the browser version at the URL above, there is no change to how you use ProView.

Creating a shortcut on a mobile or tablet

You can create a shortcut on your phone or tablet that will place an icon on your device that operates in a similar way to an app on your mobile device.

First step is to navigate to ProView https://next-proview.thomsonreuters.com/login

The following steps are as follows subject to your device:

iOS devices - Safari

• Tap the share icon on your device   
• Tap Add to Home Screen
• Tap Add

Android devices - Chrome

• On the right of the web address in the browser, tap on the 3 dots
• Tap on Add to Home Screen
• Tap on Install
