NSW Dust Diseases Tribunal - updated 5 January

The following new SEPA forms have been added:

• DDT SE FORM1 Notice to Defendant (initiating process)
• DDT SE FORM2 Notice to Witness (service of subpoenas generally)

VIC Probate - updated 5 January

1. A provision has been added to the Deceased Details to allow for either an actual date of death (most commonly used) or an approximate/period of when death occurred.

All relevant general precedents, Court forms, letters, faxes and other forms have been amended accordingly.

This change will not affect your existing files that will already have an actual date of death.

2. The relationships of "Husband" and "Wife" have been added back into the Executor relationship drop-down variable.
