VIC County & Supreme Court

The following form has been amended:

PVL P590 Letter to Bank or Building Society

• Updated to include ING Bank (Australia)
• Updated to include the selected Bank's facsimile number where applicable when sending by fax (NB: Not all banks accept notifications by facsimile, therefore the fax number will remain blank)

PVL P905 Letter to Bank to close account and forward monies

• As with PVL P590

NSW Workers Comp

WIRO have issued updated versions of the following forms:

QLD Probate

The following new general letter has been added:

• updated to remove County and Parish fields from the forms

• Updated to include ING Bank (Australia)

Further to the update of 20 January 2016, please find attached additional amended files for the letters to the bank in QLD Probate.

After carrying out  the precedent update of 20 January 2016, the attached files should be saved to the following directory, over-writing the existing files:

x:\Lawdocs\QP                 (x:\Lawdocs being your actual precedent directory, eg. L:\Lawdocs, H:\HOTDOCS etc)
