Updates to three Federal Softdocs suites
Three Softdocs suites, Wills & Powers of Attorney, AUS Family Law and AUS High Court were updated since 25 February.
Wills & Powers of Attorney
The following amendments have been made:
VARIOUS FORMS
When some Document Management Systems insert their document reference into the footer of a form it is interfering with the footer required on the form, eg. signing lines for affidavits. Any footer details required on particular forms have now been incorporated into the header and positioned at the foot of the page.
VIC POAFORM1V
Enduring Power of Attorney (Vic)
- when only one attorney is appointed and more than one alternative is required, option added to select how the alternatives are to act eg. joint, several, joint and several or majority
- notes added for qualification of first and second witness
AUS Family Law
The following amendments have been made:
VARIOUS FORMS
Family Court of Australia - Affidavits Recent changes made to the header/footer for the signing lines of these forms is causing screen flashing when the documents are saved in docx format. We have found that when a table has been used for the signature lines this problem occurs. The templates have been amended to exclude the use of a table.
AUS High Court
The following amendments have been made:
