Three Softdocs suites, VIC VCAT, VIC County & Supreme Court, and SA Probate were updated since 1 February.

VIC VCAT

VCAT have advised that as of 1 February 2016, they will be providing decisions via email. Due to this, the applications have been amended to ensure that the solicitor's contact email address is used rather than the firm email address, where applicable.

There is no precedent manual update.

VIC County & Supreme Court

The "Testator Family Maintenance" list has been added to the Supreme Court, Common Law Division lists in the Court forms.

The following new Testator Family Maintenance forms have been added:

CS C60C-4 Minutes of Proposed Orders (Testator Family Maintenance)

CS C60C-5 Notice to Beneficiaries (Testator Family Maintenance)

CS C60C-6 Ord. Approving Compromise of Claim of Person with Disability (Testator Family Maint.)

SA Probate

The following new general letter has been added:

SAP 01 LBEN Letter to Beneficiary

The following letters have been amended to include the beneficiary details to choose from if applicable:

SAP P960 Letter to Beneficiary enclosing partial distribution of assets

SAP P965 Letter to Beneficiary enclosing final distribution of assets
