[RESOLVED] ISSUE : Westlaw Watch emails / feeds not generating

UPDATE: The issue has been resolved at a systems level and emails / feeds should now generate for their next scheduled runtime.

Please allow 24 hours for data to re-sync completely; there may be some results display with older (>1 day aging) load dates in the interim.

Thomson Reuters Technical Support have discovered an issue whereby Westlaw Watch emails may currently not generate. This can also manifest as HTML / RSS / XML feeds generated by Westlaw Watch showing with usual content missing, or empty.

The Westlaw Watch support team are looking into the matter with all possible urgency -- currently there is no ETA but this page will be updated as soon as there is new information.

This issue will not affect alerts set up on Westlaw AU, nor interfere with the delivery of Alert24 email services.
