FirstPoint survey: seeking your feedback

Thomson Reuters is committed to continually improving our products to meet the needs of our customers and to enabling superior case law research.

To this end, we are seeking feedback from FirstPoint users via an online customer survey.

FirstPoint is Thomson Reuters’ online case law research tool, designed with simplicity and ease of use in mind. Available on our new online legal research platform, Westlaw AU, now more than ever FirstPoint enables superior case law research with improved appearance and functionality, and enhanced integration with other online services such as our Reports, Journals, Case Citator and Encyclopaedia.

The survey will take no more than 10 minutes to complete and closes Friday 18 May 2012. As a token of our gratitude for your time to complete the survey, we would like to offer every customer a free eBook of “Appealing to the Future: Michael Kirby and his Legacy” upon completion.
