Westlaw AU Tip Update - Legislation Cited in Commentary
To find Legislation Cited in commentary you need to use the Advanced Search template.
Step 1: Log onto Westlaw AU.
Step 2: From the homepage, click on the Legislation and Commentary Advanced Search Template link located on the left hand pane.
Step 3: The Advanced Search template is displayed on right hand side of the page. In the template type in the Legislation (Title). The Legislation (Title) option has predictive text so click on the name of the legislation as it appears. Then type in the Legislation (Provision) to be cited. Click Search and your Search Results will be displayed.
