Westlaw AU - Training and Technical Support

There are many ways to access help when using Westlaw AU.  The right pane in Westlaw AU contains Context Sensitive Help and provides access to Training and Support assistance.

Context Help

 

Whatever page you are on in Westlaw AU the Context Sensitive Help will display tips, videos and guides that can assist with using the content that is displayed on your screen.

To access click on Help (Light Bulb) on the right pane of your screen to display the Context Sensitive Help.

You can then click on the desired information for assistance.

Training and Support

 

 

 

At the foot of the pane on the right of the screen, wherever you are in Westlaw AU, there is be the option to contact the Training Team or Technical Support

Click on Ask a Trainer to generate an email that goes directly to members of the training team.

For Technical Assistance, click on Email Us or call 1 800 020 548 directly. Technical Support are open from 8am to 6pm AEST.
