This course is for anyone conducting Case Law Research, and introduces First Point as a valuable tool to access citation information for cases.  It also covers the setting of Case Alerts, and searching for cases by key words, legislation considered  or other advanced options, and also demonstrates how results can be narrowed using refine and filter techniques.
