Australian Digest and FirstPoint titles: reissued classification schemes

Classification schemes for the title below have been recently extensively reviewed and reissued.

Gaming and Liquor
This new title is an amalgamation of two former titles, Gaming and Wagering and Liquor Law. The new title better reflects the interaction of gaming and liquor regulation in some jurisdictions. It includes case digests on gambling regulation and offences, liquor offences and administration by gaming and liquor authorities.

Sale of Goods
The Sale of Goods title contains digests of cases concerning those aspects of the law relating to contracts for the sale of goods that are not part of the general law of contract. The updated classification scheme largely follows the structure of the largely uniform codifying legislation that has been enacted in each of the States and Territories. The title also contains digests concerning particular mercantile contracts (including cif and fob terms), and a new classification for the international sale of goods (Vienna Convention).

Succession
This title is your first point of call when researching judgments on wills and the law of succession generally. The classification scheme has been updated to reflect some of the changes in terminology in this area of law. It includes case digests on the making of a will, probate and letters of administration, the construction and effect of testamentary dispositions, intestacy, personal representatives, administration of estates and, finally, family provision.
