 Bankruptcy Legislation – Update 47

 Trade Practice Law – Competition and Consumer Law – Update 167

  • Eight Commentary chapters have been updated.
  • The Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) has been amended by the Competition and Consumer Amendment Act 2013 (Cth) and the Statute Law Revision Act 2013 (Cth), commencing on 30 June and 29 June 2013 respectively.
