Quick on Costs – Update 82 

• A brand new chapter – “The Future of the Law of Costs” – has been published with this update. This chapter is the most recent to be added to Quick on Costs as part of the relaunch and revision program. MDPs and IPLs are discussed in an international and local context as well as the potential problems that arise from Legal Outsourcing.

• Extracts of new legislation have been published, including the Foreign Ownership of Land Register Regulation 2013, the Duties Regulation 2013 and the Mineral Resources Regulation 2013.
• The Dental Technicians Registration Regulation 2002 has lapsed and has been removed from the service.
